Accounting Operations Analyst

Location: Plano, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out customer-facing accountabilities related to cash flow analysis, assessment of customer payment disputes, and collection of unpaid invoices.
• Manage strategic accounts with high dollar value and transaction volume.
• Interact frequently with customers to resolve payment disputes and improve terms compliance.
• Meet baseline KPIs and SLA goals targeting DCSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Meet all baseline and project goals in alignment with departmental objectives and business results.
• Effectively communicate issues and procedural changes.

Required Skills:

• Highly skilled and knowledgeable in adjustments, research, collections, account issues, and customer relationships.
• Highly skilled in master data processes and systems.
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled at analyzing data.
• Able to apply critical thinking to problem solving and analysis.
• Adept at collaboration, negotiation, and teamwork.
• Concise and persuasive communication skills.
• Leadership skills to achieve department objectives through motivation.
• Professional and mature with a high degree of confidence interacting with customers and all levels of personnel.
• Proven history of being a self-starter.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications & Preferred Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must have an understanding of A/R workflow and systems.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
