Location: Store #071 - 1020 8th Avenue SW Valley City, North Dakota 58072
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus : $1,000–$1,500

Available Positions

Full-Time : Minimum of 40 hours per week
Part-Time : Up to 30 hours per week

Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Keep the interior and exterior of the store clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stock and face coolers, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stocking needs to store management.
• Prepare and maintain high-margin products such as coffee and fountain beverages.
• Properly clean and maintain store equipment and work areas.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Assist with additional store duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly and dependable with a strong customer-service attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, stocking, and cleaning duties.
• Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
