What the Role Involves Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare. Support work‑life balance. Grow professionally within a supportive team. Work in a hybrid system: 2 days in office and 2 evenings remote. Work full‑time. Provide evidence‑based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues. Compensation & Benefits Full benefits package (W2): health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave. Full‑time sign‑on bonus. Above‑market compensation range: $82,000 to $110,000, based on productivity. Cash‑based incentive plan. Unlimited membership for continuing education. Latest digital technology support.
