What You'll Be Doing: Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physiciansProvide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentationSupport a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing programActive LVN/LPN licensePreferred: experience in senior care or memory care settingsReliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standardsEffective communicator in verbal and written EnglishActive role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Comfortable working around animals and pets Why Choose Silverado?
