Hourly part time/full time sales position that is responsible for all aspects of customer service, store merchandising, and store maintenance. Qualified applicant should be able to work a variety of shifts with an emphasis on nights and weekends. Full time associates are eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401K retirement saving plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement. Applicants should be comfortable with working solo shifts without supervision. Applicants should be prompt and ready to work all scheduled shifts. All applicants should be neat and tidy in appearance while being well groomed. Strengths: strong communication, customer service/salesmanship, team orientated, self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
We currently have openings for PT/FT sales associates at our location in Indianapolis, IN. Interested applicants must have previous retail sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent, flexible availability. Additionally, strong communication skills, experience with computers, excellent customer service are desired. Must be available nights and weekends.
We offer a competitive base pay with additional commission, excellent opportunity for advancement, and an exciting work environment. Pay includes: base pay + commission. BASE PAY: $10.00 an hour (Commissions could be an additional $7.00-$9.00 an hour depending on sales). Sign on bonus: Part-Time- $150 (First 30 days) - $150 (at 60 days). Full Time- $250 (First 30 days) - $250 (at 60 days). Interested applicants must be at least 18 years or older, and to ensure our clients the best service a background check is required.
