Dave Hausbeck Trucking (DHT Group) is actively hiring Seasonal CDL-A In-Plant Drivers for our Sebewaing, Michigan sugar beet harvest operation.

SCHEDULE
- 2nd Shift / Night Shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 35 shifts per week based on production needs
- Overtime available during peak harvest
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely transport sugar beets within the customer's production facility
- Load, haul, and unload product efficiently
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain DOT compliance and required documentation
- Report equipment concerns promptly
- Work with plant personnel and dispatch to keep the operation moving
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Ability to safely operate commercial equipment
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
PREFERRED
- Dump trailer experience
- T-Endorsement
- Agricultural hauling experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Climb in and out of equipment safely
- Bend, stoop, and work outdoors throughout the harvest season
