HR Specialist

Ascension

Ascension is seeking a part-time Leave of Absence (LOA) program coordinator to support the HR Shared Services and Operations team. This remote role runs 20 hours per week, 10am–2pm EST, with a focus on LOA workflow, policy clarification for associates, and ensuring timely delivery of program objectives. You will collaborate with multiple teams, act as a subject matter expert on LOA processes, and contribute to continuous program improvements while mentoring staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
