Work Environment This remote position offers flexibility while remaining connected to a dynamic team of mental health professionals. Our Community Health Clinic operates a virtual platform that allows clinicians to effectively engage with clients across various modalities, offering a unique opportunity to build relationships and facilitate healing from the comfort and safety of each therapist's home office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent structure that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: Evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms by assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration. Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences. Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies—empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health. Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously enhance therapy effectiveness. Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations. Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a culture of learning and support among colleagues. Advocate for clients, addressing mental health stigmatization and ensuring their needs are met within the system. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus at Quantum Psych Recovery Clinic is on clients experiencing relationship issues, particularly surrounding divorce; however, we also address a broad spectrum of mood disorders and emotional challenges. As a therapist, you will work closely with individuals and families to help navigate their unique experiences, fostering resilience and long-lasting change. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance. Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and emotional challenges. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle case loads effectively. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, additional qualifications that would enhance a candidate’s application include: Experience in specialized treatment modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, or narrative therapy. A background in addiction counseling or experience dealing with substance use issues. Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative practices in mental health. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
