Maintenance Manager

Location: West of Wausau, WI

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability function in a manufacturing environment. This individual will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, promote a strong safety culture, and support continuous improvement across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
\n
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
\n
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to improve plant performance.
\n
• Manage maintenance budgets, work orders, spare parts, and capital improvement projects.
\n
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
\n
• Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and maintenance performance metrics.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and applicable regulatory requirements.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
\n
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience, including maintenance leadership
\n
• Manufacturing maintenance experience; food, pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience preferred
\n
• Strong knowledge of reliability practices, maintenance planning, and equipment troubleshooting
\n
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n
