Demonstrates necessary skills and services to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and physicians.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing treatments and medications, and monitoring the patients' progressOrdering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients.Collecting and maintaining patient information such as medical history, reports, and exam resultsEducating patients and their families about treatments and aftercareCollaborating with other medical professionals and departmentsPerforming basic administrative tasksRequired QualificationsEducation and Training:Medical degree and successful completion of a residency and fellowship (if applicable) in specialtyLicense and certification to practice medicine and prescribe medication in the State of IllinoisPhysician must possess and maintain active board certification in specialtyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWork Shift Details:Days - First Shift, 36 patient facing hours
