Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,674 per week

Position Summary Travel Nurse RN – Labor and Delivery (Travel Assignment) – Porterville, California MedPro Healthcare Staffing is offering a 13‑week, 36‑hour per week travel assignment beginning 07/07/2026. The role requires a 12‑hour day shift and is paid on a weekly basis with direct deposit. Employment type is Travel. Responsibilities Labor and Delivery Nurses (RN), also called perinatal nurses, provide care and support for women before, during and after delivery of the baby. They are responsible for ensuring that the medical as well as the emotional needs of the patient are adequately met throughout the entire birthing process. Provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. Monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth. Monitor patients for potential high‑risk problems. Educate and support mothers and their families after giving birth. Qualifications Active RN License. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, or AWHONN certifications. At least eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting. Additional client‑determined requirements.
