Part-Time Dental/Clinical Assistant – Regional Multi‑Clinic Role (MA/RI) Sign-On Bonus Up To $1,000!

Location: Massachusetts & Rhode Island – Multiple Clinic Locations (West Springfield, MA • Brockton, MA • Riverside, RI • Woonsocket, RI)

Schedule: Part-Time/Full-Time, 4-5 days per week (Monday through Friday) 

Compensation: $30-$32 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time/Full-Time Traveling Dental/Clinical Assistant to support care across multiple outpatient clinic-based environments in Massachusetts and Rhode Island .

This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within coordinated, community-focused settings serving senior populations. You will travel to all four clinic locations on a rotating basis, providing reliable support to our dental and multi-specialty providers.

You will support care across the following partner sites:

Massachusetts •  West Springfield, MA • Brockton, MA

Rhode Island •  Riverside, RI • Woonsocket, RI

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

• Clinic staff are on-site full time

• Organized scheduling and predictable patient flow

CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on supporting high-quality patient care.

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures

• Support clinical workflows across dental and multi-specialty services

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

• Support patient intake and documentation

• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards

• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment.

Our assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team.

• Dental or medical assisting experience required

• Active radiology certificate required

• Dental Assistant diploma from an accredited school required

• Experience treating senior populations preferred

• Strong organizational and patient communication skills

• Comfortable traveling to multiple clinic locations

• Full-Time, 4-5 days per week, on Monday through Friday

• Weekday daytime hours

• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• No nights

• No weekends
