Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Production Operators. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working during overnight hours to ensure continuous production flow. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining safety standards to meet production goals efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute directly to the quality and success of our manufacturing processes. 3rd shift

10: 00pm to 6: 00am

Monday-Friday, some OT/weekends

$18.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during the overnight shift
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques according to specifications
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on machinery as needed

Experience

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially in assembly line environments
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and practices
• Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
