EPPM Consultant

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong EPPM and Process Management expertise to drive enterprise-wide planning, governance, and execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of portfolio management, process optimization, and cross-functional program delivery .

You will play a key role in establishing scalable frameworks, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes .

What You’ll Do

EPPM & Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) processes and tools
• Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across multiple programs
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic business goals
• Track portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies

Process Management & Optimization

• Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end business processes
• Implement process governance frameworks and best practices
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Standardize workflows and operating models across teams

Program Execution & Reporting

• Manage cross-functional programs ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
• Communicate program status, risks, and insights to leadership
• Drive data-driven decision-making

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business, IT, and operations teams
• Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and leadership
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or Strategy & Operations
• Strong experience with EPPM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Primavera, MS Project Online)
• Proven expertise in process management, optimization, or re-engineering
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios/programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
