Job Description

Polybond/Thermobond Tooling SpecialistRole at a Glance

Own rapid, accurate changeovers of form tools on Polybond and Thermobond production lines
Clean and prep form tools and waterjet bucks for reliable reuse
Maintain, inspect, and improve tool-change equipment to minimize downtime
Load/unload tools and related equipment safely and efficiently
Contribute to special projects and handle other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

Strong ownership, accountability, and independence in prior roles
Self-driven with a high sense of urgency and a proven work ethic—willing to go the extra mile
HI Lo license (or ability to earn one quickly)
Basic computer literacy
Commitment to housekeeping and 5S principles
Completed lockout/tagout training with no procedure violations
Open to required hours, including daily and weekend overtime
Willing to remain in this role for a minimum of 6 months before seeking other hourly production opportunities
Hands-on proficiency in tool/die/mold repair and setup
