About the Shift Leader:

Shift Leaders are an essential part of our store leadership team. They train our Team Members in all areas of the business and lead the team to meet daily goals and expectations while providing a consistent, superior experience for our guests.

W e are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Work history in restaurant, retail, or customer service a plus

Compensation Range:

* Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.

**Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.

The physical demands for this position are reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
