Confidential Employer. Job Description Handle probate and trust litigation matters from case assessment through resolution. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Conduct detailed legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance. Independently manage assigned matters while collaborating with attorneys and support staff. Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings when appropriate. Analyze complex probate, trust, fiduciary, and estate-related disputes and identify effective solutions. Contribute to a high-quality practice where strong judgment, writing, advocacy, and client service are valued. Qualifications 3+ years of direct probate and trust litigation experience. Active Florida Bar membership in good standing. Substantive courtroom and deposition experience. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Trial experience is a plus. Probate administration, estate planning, commercial litigation, or corporate law experience is a plus.
