Job Description
Title: CT and X-ray Technologist

Schedule: M-Th 5p-2a plus call

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Flu vaccine is required.
- Candidates must not have a permanent address within a 100-mile radius of the facility.
- No more than 3 days of request time off may be requested per 13-week contract.


Compliance / Notes:
- The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply.
