Customer Education Specialist

Job Overview Customer Education Specialists are responsible for executing day-to-day content operations and creating high-quality, relevant, and engaging content to help Klaviyo customers grow their businesses. You will create strategic content primarily in written and video formats, collaborating with the Curriculum Development team, marketing, sales, and customer success to produce educational resources. Responsibilities Research, write, and conceptualize content, working collaboratively with video producers and designers to transform ideas into courses, lessons, and on-demand learning resources. Pitch content ideas, drawing on deep understanding of Klaviyo's customers, their challenges, and opportunities, and regularly contribute high-quality content concepts. Monitor performance, working with Curriculum Development and Learner Experience teams to measure content impact - traffic, support tickets, CSAT ratings and use data to make recommendations for future content. Transform workflows by using AI to build smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up. Qualifications Experienced marketer, storyteller, writer, and communicator with strong marketing strategy background. Customer-first mindset and enjoyment of helping customers achieve business goals through impactful content. Solid understanding of adult learning principles and how to create effective educational content. Excellent written and video storytelling skills; comfortable on camera. Strong understanding of the eCommerce marketing landscape and ability to maintain brand consistency across content. Travel Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance. Benefits & Compensation Base salary range for US locations: $68,000 - $102,000 USD. Compensation may also include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
