Description

Anomaly Squared is looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center - Pre Sales Agent to join our dedicated team in the telecommunications industry. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with potential customers and contribute to our growth in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

As an Outbound Call Center - Pre Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our services, and generating leads that fuel our sales pipeline. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing relationships and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers, thus driving the success of Anomaly Squared.

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and identify their needs
Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team

Requirements

Must have your own equipment
Must live and reside in one of the following states
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Georgia
- Texas
- Oklahoma
- Kansas
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
