Job Summary:
Trauma Intensive Care Unit (ICU) specialty position located in a high-level trauma facility. This role involves providing specialized care to adult patients in a Level I Trauma ICU setting. The position requires adherence to strict clinical protocols and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Experience with Epic charting system. At least 0 years of experience required, with 2 years preferred. Valid state or compact license in hand at time of submittal.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level I experience, PALS certification, TNCC certification, previous charge nurse experience, trauma Level II experience, travel experience.
• Additional Information: Float rotation may be required for ICU, Intermediate Care (IMC), and Telemetry units as needed. Patient ratios for days and nights are 2:1. Additional interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
• Schedule: Shift hours are 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submittal Requirements: Applicants must meet all compliance and licensing criteria, including completion of onboarding modules within 48 hours of contract signing.
