Quality Technician II

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Quality Technician II.

Type: Contract

Job Title: Quality Technician II

Location: Remote, must be able to work either 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $21.26/hour-$26.39/hour

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred

Description

Support customers and internal teams with quality and regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and audit requests . Triage, prioritize, document, and escalate quality issues while coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience

• Quality, Regulatory, manufacturing, medical device, or clinical industry experience preferred

• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills

• Ability to manage time-sensitive requests and multiple priorities

• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly

• ETQ, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, or PeopleSoft experience a plus

• Reports/metrics, continuous improvement, or multilingual skills a plus

Qualifications

• Quality and regulatory practices knowledge

• Professional written and verbal communication

• Strong judgment, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail
