Responsibilities Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients Collaborate with colleagues to support client care Maintain accurate and confidential client records Participate in ongoing professional development Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW) Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety Ability to provide couples therapy Must be 21 years of age or older Prior experience in a counseling or therapy setting required Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health concerns Ability to work independently and as part of a team Empathetic, patient, and nonjudgmental approach to client care Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional growth and development opportunities Schedule & Location 8-hour workdays, including a 1-hour lunch break Monday–Friday, with appointments ending by 6:00 PM In-person position located in central Tucson, Arizona Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office Apply Today If you're looking for a practice where you can focus on meaningful clinical work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
