This hands-on role is critical to the reliable and compliant execution of downstream cGMP manufacturing operations within a dynamic production environment.

responsibilities:

• Execute hands-on downstream cGMP manufacturing activities following strict procedures and automated recipes.
• Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) protocols for production equipment.
• Handle buffer preparation, chemical transfers, and solution filtration.
• Operate, clean, and troubleshoot chromatography and filtration systems.
• Identify, report, and assist in the closure of process deviations.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime and weekends, to support manufacturing demands.
• Physical capability to stand for 8-12 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and wear dedicated sterile gowning.
• Aptitude for learning moderately complex technical systems and working with hazardous materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• No visa sponsorship available (must be eligible to work without restriction).

Preferred:

• AS/BS/BA in a science-related field, biopharmaceutical major, or equivalent technical experience.
