We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information Minimum Qualifications Automotive Service Advisor experience is required. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
