Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing in Stamford, NY is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing unit on weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. This full-time leadership role oversees daily operations, mentors staff, enforces policies, and ensures the highest standard of resident care.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in long-term care, at least 1 year in a unit manager role, an active RN license, and strong communication skills.
