NOW HIRING DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF MEMBERS (Entry-Level)
JOIN OUR TEAM – No experience or caregiver certificate needed- training provided
Location: Santa Clara County | San Jose, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, and surrounding areas
Full-Time/30-40 hours per week: Driver’s License Required
Benefits & Perks:
Goes 'live' on day one
- Mileage reimbursement when driving for a client
Goes 'live' in 30 days or less
- Company pays 50% of a medical coverage
- Company pays 100% of $25,000 life insurance

Able to pass a background check
️️ What You'll Do (Job Duties):
- Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
- Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
- Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
You’d Be Great If You:
- Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect
- Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver
- Can problem-solve and adapt to different client needs
- Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
- Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required)
