Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work for one of our customers in the Kansas City, MO area. This is a remote position in Kansas City but you will be required to come into the office the first week for training purposes. This will be a short term contract ranging anywhere from 3-6 months. The ideal candidate for this position has a couple of years of experience with corporate recruiting, strong communication skills, effectively able to partner with various business leaders, and has experience working with applicant tracking and CRM systems. A typical day will consist of managing the full-cycle recruiting process for your assigned positions. This will include conducting candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers on candidate feedback, and maintaining documentation/recruiting records. You will work closely with a compensation team and the hiring managers to help with salary range recommendations and compensation packages.
