Regional Director

Position: Regional Director - Class A Multifamily Properties Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $115,000-$130,000/year + bonus + other incentives About the Opportunity We don’t just manage communities—we build and elevate them. Monitor financial performance, including variances, reclasses, and accruals Conduct regular meetings with Community Directors and leadership Review invoices, vendor pricing and PO’s Ensure proper incident reporting and documentation Maintain organized records and files Property Operations: Oversee daily operations across all properties Conduct site visits and inspections Monitor occupancy, retention, and leasing performance Approve marketing and advertising efforts Provide real time market and product feedback to help set pricing Ensure property safety and maintenance standards Recommend capital improvements General Responsibilities: Lead by example with professionalism and positivity Support team goal setting and performance Contribute to overall company success What We’re Looking For: Proven leader with experience overseeing multi-site operations and developing high-performing teams Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and portfolio-wide metrics Strategic, confident decision-maker who takes ownership and drives results across multiple assets Professional, polished communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and competing deadlines 5+ years of multifamily experience , including regional or multi-site leadership experience required Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems is a plus Professional & polish appearance and demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor Ryan Executive Search Partners
