Principal AI Data Architect

Leading data engineering initiatives, the full-time Principal AI Data Architect will drive the identification and implementation of high-value AI use cases, design rapid POCs and MVPs, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of rapid POCs and MVPs embedded in real data environments Act as a forward deployed resource to translate business needs into AI-driven data solutions Create architectural design patterns and standards for scaling AI initiatives within data management teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and cloud platforms 4 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, automation, or orchestration technologies Proven ability to transition from concept to prototype to production Prior experience in the insurance or finance industry is preferred
