Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver

As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.10 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or personnel at a commercial data center location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery or contractor entry in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
