Senior Business Systems Analyst / Testing LeadGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Testing Lead for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This is a 2+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications. Position Overview: The Senior BSA / Testing Lead will serve as a key delivery resource supporting Agentic AI and Contact Center Transformation initiatives. This role combines business analysis, requirements management, testing leadership, and production readiness activities across AI-driven customer servicing solutions. This individual will partner closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable solutions while maintaining high quality through comprehensive testing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and operational requirementsCreate process flows, journey maps, use cases, and user storiesMaintain requirements traceability from intake through production deploymentDevelop acceptance criteria and support backlog prioritizationCoordinate requirements across Contact Center, Fraud, Digital, and Enterprise Technology teamsDesign and execute test strategies for Agentic AI and Contact Center solutionsDevelop functional, integration, regression, UAT, and production validation test plansCreate and manage test cases covering both happy path and exception scenariosValidate AI behavior, workflow execution, API integrations, and customer outcomesDocument defects and coordinate remediation activitiesSupport automation opportunities for AI and API testingSupport integration initiativesParticipate in architecture reviews and solution design sessionsAssist with production readiness, operational runbooks, and deployment validationTrack dependencies, risks, decisions, and action itemsSupport governance reviews including Cyber, AI Governance, Architecture, and TPRMPrimary Requirements:5+ years as Business Systems Analyst, QA Lead, or Product AnalystExperience with Contact Center technologiesExperience testing APIs and web servicesExperience writing SQL queries and analyzing dataFamiliarity with AI/ML, conversational AI, virtual agents, or LLM-based platformsExperience with Agile delivery methodologiesPreferred knowledge of Genesys Cloud, ServiceNow, and ability to test voice systemsOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
