About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Revenue Operations to spearhead the development and execution of a robust global B2B go-to-market operating strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating a high-performing, scalable revenue engine that can effectively support the company's growth across various customer segments. This pivotal role involves serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Business Officer and the executive team, ensuring that the operating model is in line with the company's overall strategy. The VP will have enterprise-wide accountability for revenue planning, forecasting, and segmentation, and will be instrumental in shaping the company's resource allocation, performance evaluation, and the modernization of its go-to-market organization. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, finance, or related functions within a scaled SaaS or product-led growth company. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in multi-segment B2B revenue operations, deep expertise in various operational aspects, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models. The ideal candidate will have a history of driving operational and business performance through data-driven solutions, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different organizational functions. Experience in leading revenue operations through significant growth and go-to-market evolution, including different sales motions, is essential. Preferred qualifications include a background in implementing AI-enabled revenue solutions and a strong proficiency in GTM technology ecosystems, particularly Salesforce and related platforms.
