Clinical ladders support enhanced professional development, provide a reward system for excellence in clinical performance, promote high-quality practice, and enhance overall job satisfaction among participants. The clinical ladder provides meaningful opportunities to enhance confidence for healthcare professionals in direct patient care roles. Pay: $28.38 - $39.74 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Float pool differential will apply as will weekend differential. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position. State licensure if required by law. BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
