People Assistant / Junior People Associate

This role is a unique opportunity for you to lay early foundations and accelerate your development in a career in People + Culture as you'll get to work with a variety of clients You'll work directly with our partners — experienced people and business builders — on live client work. This role is well-suited to someone who loves streamlining processes, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in exceptional execution. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated by the variety and pace of client work. Key Responsibilities Drafting, issuing, filing, and creating templates or automations that speed up contracts, letters, and other People support we provide to our clients Managing onboarding, offboarding, and related tasks for multiple clients Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers Collecting benchmarking data, updating spreadsheets, and supporting Associates with data prep Formatting decks and materials so client deliverables are polished and ready to share As you grow, you might start drafting and formatting policies, handbooks, and performance review materials using templates and adapting to our clients' tone of voice — but we'll help you step-by-step The Skills and Experience We are committed to building a team with diverse experiences, so as long as most of these needs are met, please apply even if you don't tick every box.
