The Position:

We are looking for a proactive and detailed Graphic Designer with proven skills and experience. We are seeking a strategic, creative mind who can plan, design, and deliver from start to finish. We need a “jack-of-all-trades” design enthusiast who can shift and shape a project into various forms of media, from print, digital, web, and social (animation or video editing experience is a big plus)!

We are a tight-knit team that wants to welcome someone who is ready to grow, learn and evolve with us for years to come. You will be working in a hybrid work environment in our Corporate office.

• Can carry a design project through from creation to distribution
• Understand how to balance vision and new ideas with execution and fulfillment
• Like to take existing content and make it memorable and incredible
• Adapt and adjust quickly to feedback and critiques
• Always hit deadlines and aim to exceed expectations

What You Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, creative advertising or related field
• High level of proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite including PhotoShop, InDesign & Illustrator
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere (or willing to learn)
• Practical knowledge of social networking websites, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Knowledge of Figma and coding emails, a plus!
• Ability to design, update, manage and post content in SquareSpace
• Outgoing people skills with an optimistic, patient attitude for client support
• A meticulous eye and attention for detail
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and strategic marketing knowledge
• Excellent oral, written, and language skills to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clear, effective and error free correspondence.
