Subcontract Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting active programs and proposal efforts, the full-time remote Subcontract Administrator will manage subcontract agreements, evaluate proposals, and ensure compliance with project requirements throughout the Supply Chain process. Key responsibilities Administer subcontracts to ensure compliance with company and project requirements Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) while coordinating with internal teams Negotiate subcontract terms, pricing, and schedules within procurement authority Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 3+ years of procurement or subcontract administration experience Working knowledge of subcontracting practices in the engineering and construction industry Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills Proficiency with standard PC software and procurement tools
