As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in restoring function and minimizing disability for patients recovering from disease or injury. You will evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs, ensuring they achieve their highest level of performance within their capabilities.

• Evaluate and treat patients with tailored physical therapy programs
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed
• Conduct initial admission/evaluation visits
• Document clinical findings, interventions, and discharge plans
• Communicate OASIS scores to the Clinical Team Manager within established timelines
• Perform other duties consistent with your skills and training
• Need 1 year experience in setting
