What We Do We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s electrical, generator and plumbing systems. The Big Task You will be contributing to the company's plan by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper truck stock, limited warehouse stock outs, accurate inventory counts, and efficient part runner dispatching. You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles onsite and ready for new staff as they come onboard. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties. You will manage staff and drive them to maintain a safe and accountable workplace. Work is performed in accordance with established processes and procedures in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Key Sub Tasks Manager truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order process Manage next day installs and install in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment Manage warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operations Manage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehicles Manage warranty returns process Manage material receiving process Vehicle maintenance - tracking, scheduling, maintenance, and repairs Manage tool maintenance Desired Skills and Experience You should have experience in supply chain, operations and inventory management Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn and plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion Experience with inventory management software Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments The ability to understand and drive key performance indicators Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one's work Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skills What We Offer Medical Insurance -- health, dental, vision.
