About This Position Spy Camp Counselors create an immersive, high‑energy environment where campers become “secret agents” solving mysteries, cracking codes, and completing team‑based missions. Counselors guide campers through a mix of physical challenges, problem‑solving activities, and traditional camp fun, fostering teamwork, confidence, and critical thinking skills. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, creative, and enjoy engaging children through imaginative, hands‑on experiences. We provide the curriculum, but you will lead and facilitate daily spy‑themed activities such as: Code breaking and decoding challenges. Agility and obstacle training (e.g., laser crossing, maze navigation). Communication exercises (e.g., invisible messaging, eavesdropping simulations).
