Emergency Communications Leader EOC Telecomm Specialist

City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Emergency Management seeks an Emergency Management Specialist V (Telecommunications Specialist) to lead the telecommunications program and serve as the technical expert for emergency alert systems. You will coordinate with City agencies, HI-EMA and private partners to ensure reliable communications for day-to-day operations and incidents. Education equity to a four-year degree, 3 years of telecom planning experience, and strong knowledge of IPAWS and #J-18808-Ljbffr City and County of Honolulu
