Business Systems Project Manager

Position Summary The Business Systems Project Manager is responsible for managing the selection, testing and installation of business systems for Energy Services, along with the development of business processes and employee training to support the new systems necessary to meet the project goals and deadlines. The primary purpose of this position is to assess, examine, analyze, develop, plan and implement business and program processes within Energy Services, as well as Finance & Operations (when requested). It evaluates current business and program application systems’ functionality to identify gaps and to take full advantage of capabilities and measures the solution impact to business operations and manages change within the organization. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Master’s and 1‑2 years’ experience; or Bachelors and 2‑4 years’ experience; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst with at least 1 year of experience working with financial/accounting systems and processes within a university environment.
