Title: Time Collection Representative

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $25-27.50 hourly

Temp-to-hire position for 1 year

ONSITE on 9/80 work schedule

Responsibilities:

• Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types. Job requires significant analytical skills, data entry and effective communication skills.
• Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions.
• Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states. Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts.
• Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner. Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change. Excellent communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• 3 years Time Collection experience with Autotime or a comparable system
• General knowledge of state labor laws MS Access Experience
• HS Diploma
