Supervises and monitors access system, intrusion/fire alarms, emergency phones and CCTV system * Manages all incoming telephone communications from complex * Responsible for communicating emergency information to DC Security Operations * Maintains an activity log documenting all information relevant to tasks Reviews all shift paperwork for completeness and accuracy, also responsible for the proper filing of all shift paperwork * Conducts maintenance audits of security equipment i.e., CCTV, alarm systems Assist with Security Investigations and provide detailed information to DC Management regarding card access and CCTV video. * Documents all Loss Prevention activities at the gates/lobbies as required by established Loss Prevention procedures * Completes incident reports to document Security Loss Prevention related Forwards reports to Security management/Supervision for follow up. * Responsible for emergency notification to Police and Fire departments, and dispatching security personnel for emergency response. * Monitors and adjusts all inbound and outbound complex traffic, using Google Documents * Answer telephone calls, tactfully handle inquiries and transfer to Customer Service experience required * Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Security CCTV absence of the Loss Prevention Supervisor * proven team player, excellent customer service Must be able to manage confidential information * Competitive wages paid weekly * Access to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership Health and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!) * Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
