HHA-Caregiver Role

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patients' homes. This position is located in Seminole, Florida. What you'll do: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed. Accompany clients to their appointments. Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Monitor and report changes in client condition. Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections) Follow care plans and agency protocols. Qualifications: Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification Current CPR certification (required) Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Recent TB Test Results. Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor. Must have strong communication skills.
