Represent clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Collaborate with the Intellectual Property Team on enforcement and litigation strategies. Requirements Minimum of two years of trademark litigation experience. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills. Collaborative approach to IP enforcement and litigation. Education Law degree. Certifications Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred. Skills Proficiency in handling trademark litigation matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
