Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of West Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to fulfill a 17-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
