Sandblasting - Paint Prepper

Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for an independent, driven individual to join our team in Surprise, AZ as a Sandblaster – Paint Prep. We build custom trucks and have tremendous room for growth! Schedule : M-F, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM This position will be performing general paint prep, sanding, masking, minor body work, sandblasting, painting and applying bed liner. Requirements Experience in truck equipment a plus, but not required. Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime. Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
