The Role

We're looking for a Welder to join our weld shop and help build the quality products our customers depend on. This is a hands-on, active role with daily job rotation so you're always building new skills — not stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll work alongside a team that holds itself to a high standard and supports each other in hitting it.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and Gmaw-P welding with daily job rotation across the weld shop
• Set up welding machines and follow Welding Procedure Specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet precise welding requirements
• MIG weld steel and aluminum components to specification
• Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and fit component parts for welding
• Sustain 6-S standards in your work area and perform routine machine maintenance
• Flag problems early and participate in continuous improvement activities (Team Meetings, 5 Whys, Kaizen, PDCA)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on MIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment - you should be able to step onto the floor and produce quality welds with minimal onboarding
• Able to independently read blueprints and technical drawings and translate them into precise welds
• Working knowledge of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Detail-oriented - you take pride in clean, precise work
• A team player with reliable attendance
• High school diploma or GED preferred
