Chipton-Ross is seeking an Avionic Technician for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• 6+ years of solid electrical/AVI experience. Manager will consider candidates with 4 years of Recent Aircraft experience but they MUST have relevant fighter jet experience
• Aircraft Flightline Experience is Preferred with Avionics/Electrical Experience
• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Active Secret Clearance preferred,

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for Flight Operations, testing/installing electrical harnesses/components, routing various wire/cables, Terminating cables/wires, and performing operational checks to ensure flight readiness.
• You may also be required to troubleshoot and repairing electrical and avionics systems based on area team.
• You will sometimes perform other duties such as general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS

• Full-Time
• 4/10 work schedule
• Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned after training
• 1st Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
